We’re delighted that you’ve selected our high-quality products and services. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we offer the following warranty to give you peace of mind:

Warranty Coverage:

Your warranty begins on the day your product is delivered and covers repairs or replacements for any parts damaged due to defects in materials or workmanship. The length of your warranty depends on the product you purchased:

       ⚫️ Lifetime Warranty (up to 30 years):

               🔘 SILVER COMBAC ANTI-MICROBIAL above-ground water tanks:

                           ◼ MONTBLANC / TIMBERA / METALLIC / NATURA

*The lifetime warranty is valid until the product is discontinued. If discontinued, the warranty extends for 30 years from the date of purchase.The lifetime warranty applies to products manufactured from June 2022 onwards until further notice. Products manufactured before June 2022 have a 25-year warranty.

What’s Not Covered:

Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by:

  ⚫️ Parts subject to wear and tear

  ⚫️ Damage due to improper use, handling, or installation not following the company’s guidelines

  ⚫️ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts

  ⚫️ Damage from improper relocation or repairs not done by the company

  ⚫️ Deterioration due to age, color fading, or metal oxidation

  ⚫️ Accidents, disasters, natural calamities, riots, or wars

  ⚫️ Change of ownership (owner is the person named on the warranty card)

Your Responsibilities:

To activate your warranty, please register your product within 7 days of receiving it either online at www.dos.co.th or by returning the completed warranty registration form. Keep the warranty card as proof of purchase.

  ⚫️ For actions not covered in the user manual, consult the company’s customer service.

  ⚫️ For repairs or claims during the warranty period, contact the company’s customer service.

  ⚫️ If the damage is covered under warranty, the company will take action free of charge.

  ⚫️ If the damage is not covered under warranty, the company reserves the right to charge for repairs.
